Obtaining affordable property insurance for a Texas church right now feels a bit like trying to find a shade tree in the middle of a Panhandle summer—nearly impossible and highly sought after. We are seeing more and more churches feeling a massive pinch on their budgets at the exact moment they can least afford it.

For example, a large church in Amarillo we worked with recently faced this issue. For years, they took immense pride in their financial responsibility. They stayed with the same insurance company for a decade. Since that company handled a small claim a few years back, the leadership felt they were in good hands.
